Delivery area for USA : All USA areas excluding Alaska/Hawaii,Puerto Rico,Virgin Islands,Guam, APO/FPO, US Protectorates etc.

Delivery countries for Europe : All the EU(Europe Union) countries,some islands of Spain/France are not available. Currently no shipping to UK(United Kindom) yet.

 But we know that sometimes unexpected things happen and you need to return an item. So if you think something is wrong with your order, please contact us via email/cell phone/online messages,& we'll get back to you within one working day. You'll get refund (unused product within 14 days from date of receiving and the item wasn't damaged in transportation).

ZonDoo Warranty

All the adults scooters have 6months wanrranty for the battery and motor,9months warranty for the controllers,1year warranty for the frames.And the consumables like fender,tires are without warranty.

The warranty period starts from the date the customer receives the scooter and ends when it expires. Note that the warranty qualification is not transferable and is reserved for the buyer (the recipient of the order) only. The warranty expires when your scooter is resold or transferred to someone else.
